Thank goodness all the work these kids did wasn't just on a farm with combines,hay balers, manure spreaders, tillers, silage screws, tractors, corn pickers, dangerous livestock and chemical fertilizers, etc etc . IMHO the state, and most here , would'nt have issue with it if it was on a nice safe farm.
But becaue his business wasn't confined to his "own" property the are having a cat it seems ?

Let me get this straight. If Little Doty Jr. came riding through Squantosville and the signal light at Peach and Main knocked him off the roof top, you as mayor wouldn't mind being sued by Mr. Doty and the Squantos' taxpayers would be more than happy to pay for Junior's disabilities for life?
You would put your 11 year old on top of a roof to dodge traffic lights and electrical wires?
