As far as the 'Two Americas' speech goes, you have to be rich in the first place to think like that.
I can picture Kerry/Edwards as they ride in the limo to the rally, "John just look at those poor souls in their used cars and trucks. Look at that one! Driver whats that one called?"

Which America do John/John live in? The only one with which they're familiar includes at least three multi-million dollar homes and several luxury vehicles.
