Richards got millions for suing a doctor claiming the doctor did not perform a C-section soon enough.
Had the doctor, instead, turned the baby around in the womb and jabbed its brains out...
Edwards would have been just fine with that.
I wonder how many of his clients have had to work 2-3 jobs to pay their continuing medical costs while gooberboy has been living it up?
but it ok to murder millions of them in utero
Was he involved in the McDonald's hot coffee case ?
You know the coffee was TOO HOT...
>>In the years that followed, Mr. Edwards handled all sorts of cases. He litigated contract and insurance disputes. He sued the American National Red Cross three times, claiming that the AIDS virus was transmitted through tainted blood products, and obtained a confidential settlement in each case.>>
Hey have you guys seen this!!??
Calling all Bloodhounds!
Pinz
The American Red Cross is itself more likely to call for a lawyer than to use safe and sound medical procedures. It has a large, aggressive legal staff to deal with its medical mistakes. It hides behind so-called blood shield laws to duck responsibility for its negligence. Yes, it can lose cases too, but notice that the settlements get hushed up -- a provision both sides would have to agree to, meaning John Edwards also approved of keeping these settlements confidential.
Tell me again how suing doctors and hospitals for millions makes healthcare more affordable for the average American?!
....where you don't intervene and a child either becomes disabled for life or dies in utero?"
No - it can't be Edwards. He defends the child in utero.
The Flip-flop johns. Anyone with a graphic showing two toilets that can't decide whether to leave the seat up or down?!
Sad, but true.
So Edwards helped cover Clinton's (and others) culpability in tainting the national and international blook supply...
I should have known. :-(
Thnaks for the info. Hope all is going well,
Pinz
I see a pattern here, do you?
As soon as he started running for Senate, he started running for president; and the people of North Carolina know he was never interested in being a senator.
Unfortunately, they found out too late.
