The American Red Cross is itself more likely to call for a lawyer than to use safe and sound medical procedures. It has a large, aggressive legal staff to deal with its medical mistakes. It hides behind so-called blood shield laws to duck responsibility for its negligence. Yes, it can lose cases too, but notice that the settlements get hushed up -- a provision both sides would have to agree to, meaning John Edwards also approved of keeping these settlements confidential.
Sad, but true.
So Edwards helped cover Clinton's (and others) culpability in tainting the national and international blook supply...
