I don't know, and the more I thought about the duct tape thing... Didn't he say, he got many bad or fabricated tips, and that was just one? So, only thing I can say is that the judge can determine if it should be disregarded to the jury? I can't see any harm in that testimony...not for a mistrial or admonishments.... ;o)
