I can't see any harm in that testimony

On what planet is there no harm in that testimony?

Duct tape is found, prosecutor makes up a story about SP planning to use duct tape years before.

What happened to the concept of telling the truth?

IMO, no harm.... there is more to scotty and guilt. It is up to the judge, and jury to decide on verdict, and misconduct. Duct tape if I recall, was found wrapped around Laci in the Berkeley East Bay waters.

The truth! Do you think Markie Garagos tells the truth after HE publicly stated on the shows he was on BEFORE he was consulted to represent Mr Scott Peterson, that Scott is involved in the death of Laci and Conner? That the evidence points to Scott?

Oh well....

On what planet does one attack a poster w/o knowing the FACTS?

Fact: NO ONE in the public knows WHAT the old college friend (Espidia) told Brocchini.

If you have some inside track, and can get information that the public can't, please publish a copy of Old College Friend's statement and also a copy of Brocchini's report of his conversation with Old College Friend.

If not, then learn to be sure brain is in gear before engaging mouth.
