Sixteen rocket warheads found last week in south-central Iraq by Polish troops did not contain deadly chemicals, a coalition spokesman said yesterday, but U.S. and Polish officials agreed that insurgents loyal to former Iraqi president Saddam Hussein and foreign terrorist fighters are trying to buy such old weapons or purchase the services of Iraqi scientists who know how to make them.

As to what is or isn't chemical filled ordnance trust me on this . Suspect munitions do not have to be sent off for testing or evaluation by "ex-spurts". EOD teams on the ground , in country, doing the foot work know in a nano second if chemical , biological or nuclear conditions exists.
If the Coalition's international team of contractor (former-retired EOD) or active duty military EOD specialists say it's chemical. It's chemical.
