JOEL STEINBERG'S RELEASE (dirtbag child-killer let loose)
NY POST ^ | July 4, 2004 | LETTERS TO THE EDITOR

Posted on 07/04/2004 3:38:49 AM PDT by Liz

--SNIP--

It is commonly acknowledged that Steinberg is a monster, a subhuman who committed one of the most vicious, heinous and atrocious acts one can perpetrate. He committed brutality against a child who was totally incapable of defending herself. --SNIP-- Oren Spiegler Upper Saint Clair, Pa.

*****

If there is a God in heaven, Lisa will forever have azaleas to give her the peace she never had in her short, sad life — and Joel Steinberg will rot in hell for eternity. Richard Dubetsky Houston, Texas

*****

Only in America can a man who was convicted of beating to death a 6-year-old girl be released after serving only 17 years in prison. Meanwhile, we have people rotting away in jail for dealing small amounts of narcotics. Joel Steinberg is the lowest of human beings. He should never be able to enjoy the freedoms that he denied his daughter. I would hope that this will ignite a debate over judicial reform. Gary Handel Commack

*****

To the 12-year-old girl who is afraid of Joel Steinberg ("Sleazy Rider Joel Takes Limo Back to Town After a 17-Yr. Jail Stretch," July 1): Don't be. The coward would have to be in an apartment with an abused woman before he would do anything. You should be more afraid of the parole board that released the animal. Anthony Molinaro Honesdale, Pa.

Well, the people who created the Rockefeller drug laws should have stuck around awhile longer and done something to eliminate parole for violent felons.

That cretin Sheldon Silver has been holding up these reforms for years, despite the objections of the New York public to his intransigent, ideological stance.

The bozos who run the N.Y. State Assembly simply have no concern for the welfare of their constituents.

It's truly amazing.

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if that arrogant bastard actually had something akin to that lying on his desk.

Speaking of Silver.......you have heard about the "Silver-Boxley Coverup Show" wherein rapist Boxley---Silver's onetime top aide--- got a sweetheart deal with no jailtime after he admitted to raping an Albany employee.

Silver and the Assembly are now being sued by the vitim. Get ready to gird yourself as Dumbocrats Silver and Boxley ceremoniously don the "mantle of victimhood" and pull out the Dim litany of "tolerance and compassion".

After all, to Dims, government is nothing but a tax-sucking machine to subsidize the "self-esteem" for every hyphenate who gets himself in hot water. "Vicitmization" has been elevated to a Dim party principle, the last refuge for scoundrels to escape culpability for wrongdoing.

Party of the people, my Aunt Tilly. Dumbocrats are the party of the Aberrant Culture. They've debased our culture to an abysmal low, pampering and cosseting every creep, criminal and pervert on the map.

Anyway, why should Silver and Boxley worry? What with Hillary and the certainty of pardons waiting in the wings.

I'm sick and tired of cleaning up the messes after these phony liberal do-gooders crap and run, like a bunch of animals. They evade and dodge the law to serve their own personal hangups. It's no small comfort that Silver and the Assembly are also being sued by one of Boxley's victims.

The victim's suit says Speaker Silver assigned one of the rapist's own aides to investigate her allegations that Boxley, drugged and raped her. In other words, Silver did nothing to secure justice. Obstruction of justice anyone?

Speaker Silver is a lawyer, a lawmaker, and heads the Democratic majority. Such vermin----er, ah----I mean----such people are held to a higher standard. Which makes Speaker Silver's actions even more egregious since Silver calculatedly acted and colluded with others to hide evidence that a crime had been committed by his own aide.

One can also imagine the vicarious thrills Silver and the boys in Albany got as serial rapist Boxley regaled them with stories of his sexual exploits, drugging and raping unsuspecting victims. I would not be surprised to learn Silver and the Boys helped Boxley pick his victims. The Boys musta had lotsa laughs at the expense of the victims. In other words, Silver and the Boys know plenty.

Silver's a typical "entitled" Dumbocrat. The more egregious their actions, the louder their protestations. These scumbags think they are above the law. The stinkbombs Dims are virulent infectious diseasees who taint and pollute everything they come near.

Leaves you wondering who the creep paid off to get himself on the streets, doesn't it?

Thats not even necessary.

The NYC judicial system is full of lunatic judges and politicians who absolutely refuse to be tough on criminals and could care less about the safety of the general public.

They, on the other hand, have police protection and can carry firearms.

Yeah, but who pays for the judges' gendarmes? They sure don't use their own money.

The poor saps who live in NY and pay taxes are the ones supporting the perverted apparatchiks running the government.

I moved out, let them feed on each other, they won't see another penny from me.

This is absolutely stomach-turning. What's wrong with the parole board? They owe the law-abiding public an explanation. After the evil this so-called man has done, what's wrong with him serving the entire 25 years of his manslaughter conviction? He doesn't deserve any kind of early release.

And Steinberg himself seems so unchanged. That stunt with the limosouine is proof--it's as if he's dancing on his late daughter's grave. Then he has the gall to call himself a good father. Even the Manson goons (Tex Watson, Susan Atkins, Patricia Krenwinkel, and Leslie Van Houten) are remorseful and have tried to become better people. If he acknowleged both his evildoing and responsibility, and missed little Lisa, this release would be (somewhat) less appalling. But this conceited crud would do it all again if given the chance.

Please, someone, find out what media outlet hired Steinberg so a boycott can be organized.

NYC is notorious for installing crooked judges who corrupt the judicial system with fraudulent activities.

Steinberg was acquitted by a jury of murder, and convicted of manslaughter. He was sentenced by the judge to the maximum for his crime.

LOL.......you really believe that?

Jurors can be bought. All they need is one to refuse to go along with a guilty verdict. It's so-o-o-o easy to buy a prosecutor to frame a case in the defendant's favor.......or to buy a judge to give directives to the jury favorable to the defendant.

Now the following is a true story:

The Feds had the mob guy on video and audio admitting to every crime in the book. It looked like the Big House for life for the mob guy. So the mob hired a brand new lawyer fresh out of law school. He did his best at trial but the evidence was overwhelming.

Finally in the summation to the jury, the prosecutor told jurors, "We have all the evidece you need to convict this man, to send him to jail for life. But remember the worst thing this guy did was refusing to get up on the stand and defend himself."

The mob guy's lawyer was up on his feet immediately b/c a prosecutor cannot impugn a defendant by suggesting a motive when a defendant takes the Fifth.

The mob guy got off clean and the lawyer was roundly praised.

It was only much later that the mob lawyer found out the mob had paid the prosecutor to make the statement.
