It should also be noted, here, that Ashcroft did the honorable thing and conceded (unlike Gore). Ashcroft could have fought for every vote...especially after the Democrats ran to the courts to keep the polls open longer than allowed by law. There were also multiple claims of voter-fraud...which was far different from the voter-error that occured in Florida.
