Sarge is spending this Independence Weekend on post, with maybe a side trip off the reservation to see how folks in Wisconsin do fireworks.
The barracks are quiet tonight. Most of the kids are out carousing, so I have the outside line to myself tonight. Kind of nice.
We're in the final phase of the course, and it's two weeks to go, then a day at The Home Detachment, then back out to Ft. Campbell for a few weeks with The Guard. The beat goes on...
So, on to a few Personals:
TONKIN/SAILOR: Thanks to both of you squids, for this most patriotic of threads, on this most patriotic of days!
MOJO/KATHY/BETSY/STAR: Thanks to you, once again, for the goodies that have been showing up for Mail Call with regularity. it's made a difference in this old troop's life;
BEACH: I've got mail! Woo-Hoo!
And now, a Canteen APB for the Techies out there:
With a little more time on my hands than I thought this weekend, I thought to create a few more Sarge images, like a new wardrobe, etc. Imagine my shock to find out that I don't have any way to make them! Dexter the Dell, faithful little laptop that he is, can't do pixels.
So, is there some shareware source out there someplace for doing dolls? FReepmail me with any ideas - I'm going nucking futz, here!
Sarge will be in the area all weekend, so Let's Have Fun!

MoJo's got ya covered. In the mail to you next week.
*HUGS*
End of story.
Now get busy! You've got people to boogie with!!
MS-Paint does pixels, but not real well.
I use a program called Graphic Workshop that is shareware, it's available at http://www.mindworkshop.com/alchemy/gwspro.html
It's more for image conversions and manipulation that editing, but it helps interface with Paint and it does a great job of resizing and dithering large images.
Do popcorn and beer go together? LOL!
BTTT!!!!!!!
