Moore is the new Big (and I mean Really Big) Brother. In Orwell's Oceania, Big Brother is worshiped almost as if he were a god. Since Follywood despises religion in any form, so Moore is a handy stand-in for a Hollywarped-type liberal left-leaning god.


The Orwellian phrase, Big Brother, has found its way into everyday speech, and has come to mean someone or something ominous.

Big Brother defined: personification of the self-imposed power of the film industry to distort and delude the public: the leader of such a movement: an all-powerful organization monitoring and directing people's actions through manipulative films,characterized by subjective truth, hatred of conservatives, and hyped-up deceptive PR tactics.
