In the '00 elections that would be valid only if you were serving in the armed forces overseas. Then why, when I call the City Office for an absentee ballot, they send one out to me? If my vote isn't counted, what's the use?
Wouldn't they tell me?
What about disabled people who can't make it to the polls?

If my vote isn't counted, what's the use? It is counted, I just brought up the armed services abroad because their votes weren't counted in '00 thanks to Algore.
Of course it smelled of agenda.

In some states, like Virginia for example, the absentee ballots must be received prior to election day and are counted First prior to the regular votes. Corin, correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what they told us when I worked the Ollie North campaign.
