I'm very glad you read it! It's sad but true that the squeaky wheel gets the oil - but the background to all that squeakiness, is the majority of posters who greatly appreciate all that you do.
Cookeville, to be exact. (but then, that would make finding the beer a bit difficult, wouldn't it?)
Thank you so much for your agreement!
May God Bless his soul!
That was on my mother's side. On my father's side, I had a granduncle who was a hardline Italian communist living in Slovenia. He joined a guerrilla ant-Nazi resistance group, was captured and got executed in a concentration camp. My grandmother showed me his letters from the camp- he wrote about how there were 10 of them in his hut. Every day, they took one of them away. He wrote 4 letters, then nothing.
There are still fools (including Pat Buchanan) who believe that rather than using all the means at America's disposal to crush and erase Naziism from the face of the earth, America should have hid behind its oceans and prayed that the storm would pass.
I wonder what kind of reception our friends at Stormfront would have received from the average American town in WWII?
I have one small advantage, I own the bar but I do not work there, so I get to keep a little distance from the coustomers. But I am pretty upfront about being a conservative Christian. Since my little bar is in a heavily democratic area I catch all kinds of hell whenever Bush does something to get the Rats on a roll. I don't try to surpress anti GOP or anti Bush talk, I'll just debate the entire damn bar, but I will not listen to violent hate talk. That will end your stay at my bar.
Nobody has posted a pic of the formerly ubiquitous Viking Kitties for a long time.
The other usual personal characteristics to many white supremicists in various sociological-analytical studies apply: lack of jobs, lack of responsibility, broken families, poor diet and health regime, lack of passport or any overseas travel, no knowledge of foreign languages, PTSD-laden, sleep disorders and post-infantile bedwetting, high school dropout rate high, virtually no college graduates, job hopping, long periods of unemployment, chain smoking, police record, inferiority complex, domestic violence/abuse families, violence prone, on public assistance, live near minority areas and compete for same jobs and assistance, abused as children, delusions of grandeur, etc.
Interesting. And these are their good points...
Maybe I should try and find Sobran's Wanderer columns from when I read it. Usually when I read something I find offensive, I just pass it by. These kinds of sentiments would jump out at me. I would have written and complained.
I grew up with that kind of mentality. My mom had some odd views about people. I tried to point out to her that newspapers like Catholic Family News and "Fighting Michael"(crackpots in Canada) were not spiritually uplifting, and in fact were racist. She couldn't understand when I went and cancelled the subscriptions to them, even though she had bought the subscriptions. I didn't want it laying around the house where the kids could see it.
Since I'm familiar with the mentality, and the fact that FR won't allow his articles to be posted, then I'll take your word for it. I don't remember reading anything by Sam Francis, although the name sounds familiar.
Those are good points. Just because they're a joke, doesn't mean they couldn't cause some harm down the line. I was thinking that if they stayed long enough and actually read, it might change some of their views. Many of these people have picked up these views from ignorant parents and family members.
Aaaah, you just had to get that little dig in at Buchanan, didn't you? I have to admit that I'm a little worried about what he's been writing lately. I voted for him though!
The Viking Kitties and the mods rarely nap on the job. If someone posts something that is against this site's guidelines, they're gone.
If you think good politicians outnumber the bad ones you're on crack.
Don't get me started on lawyers.
If I even encounter a group like this, I will turn them in to the Department of Homeland Security. Oh and by the way, memo to DHS, DOJ and CIA: The SVR are conducting ops, right here in the USA, which support White Supremicist groups, NWO phobe groups, and other "Right wing" extremist groups. The idea is to foment the balkanization and eventual outbreak of violent unrest.
Amazing that an alleged "conservative American patriot" allegedly has detailed knowledge of current operations conducted by the SVR.
GOParanoid (aka Belmont_Mark)...note new more "patriotic" name and claim of "righter then right...driving Conservatives insane...etc"
You might want to note that in an opinion piece in Pravda about two years ago, they were overtly attempting to incite the White Supremicists. I shall attempt to recover it if I can find the time. Why are you so quick to discount this?
But..but..according to Democrap Underground, we are the White Nationalists lol
Two reasons:
1. Pravda is the Communist Party newspaper; it is not an official government organ.
2. Occam's Razor. Russia has their own racist element (usually referred to as Pamyat, although that organization is but one head of the hydra). They feel a warped kinship with American neo-Nazis. They also feel a kinship with the Communists, which is utterly unsurprising.
But you still haven't explained how you have detailed knowledge of ongoing SVR ops.
I don't have detailed knowledge, I was making an inference.
