Doesn't really surprise me. Years ago when I worked in OB we would have to use the hand held Doppler with stethoscope style ear plugs to pick up fetal heart tones for patients early in gestation. Babies didn't like it and you could hear them moving away from the USG and pressure. We would joke with the parents that we were catching the baby. This wasn't just movement by pressure, you could actually hear little thumps and kicks as the baby moved from noxious stimulus.

These are absolutely astounding images. Really wonderful. Hopefully this technology will be key in helping to unmask the ghastly reality of abortion.
That said, I think we need to be very careful about how we present the information. It's possible that some of the behavior may be little more than wishful thinking on the part of the captioner and/or the doctor.
Just because it looks like "walking" doesn't mean it's really walking, and some telegenic pro-abort is sure to make a glib and believable statement to that effect. Any statements about "smiling," or "grasping," or whatever, need to be handled with clinical precision.
