Is Maria going to be on the stage after the prime time address? (enquiring minds need to know!)
Does that mean Pataki is nominating Bush?
Yikes. Not one fire-breathing conservative... well, except the Cheneys.

That is almost the most pathetic lineup imaginable for a conservative.
Personally, I find it disgusting.
Sure looks that way, doesn't it?
Cool I get to hear Bush accept the nomination on my birthday... nice present.
Yeah, a parade of RINOs. LOL
I guess we have to give Bloomberg a slot, but it's rather annoying. He's barely to the right of Ron Reagan, Jr.
Like the Republicans will win over the media by presenting its "moderate" side. Yeah, right.
I hope not. Pataki isn't the most inspirational speaker. I suppose Pataki and Bloomberg had to be given speaking slots since the convention is in NYC, but I'm not that thrilled about it.
They should have Zell Miller nominate GW - that'd make quite a statement.
Wow! John Kerry's first choice for his VP running mate is speaking to the convention the first evening.
Then don't go and don't watch.
Vote for Keyes and see where that gets you.
I'm just glad we're getting most of the boring stuff over with on the first day. I heard that the D's are getting Bill Clinton over with on their first day too.
Is this part of your 'bigtent' strategy?...disinviting conservatives?
Not too bright, IMO.
Not very impressive, is it?
Hadn't noticed that he was running for anything.
Why? Would you prefer three hours of Pat Buchanan on "Why the JOOs are Bad Bad Bad" as the keynote speech?
