That's totally true. Walking around NYC this week, watching the Gay Pride parade, I don't get a feeling of much political interest here. There were the mandatory Kerry supporters in a little group yesterday, of course, but I've seen more political activity in other elections. I think the city is giving this political year a big yawn except in a very perfunctory way at the usual liberal venues.

The News isn't worth the paper it's printed on, but I stand by my prediction that the News WILL endorse Bush this fall..
