This proves that America easily sees through Moore's schlockumentary lies.

I predict that as soon as all of George Soros' brownshirts have seen it twice, attendance will drop off faster than "Around the World in 80 Days". In 3 weeks Fahrenheit 911 will be showing ONLY on college campuses.

Wish you were right, but this is an unscientific web poll. I participated in the Freep when it was posted here myself. Within minutes of posting, Bush wen from behind to ahead.

It doesn't mean that the results don't mirror reality. It simply means that this web poll cannot be used as evidence of such.

Agreed, but an interactive poll proves nothing, as we FReepers manipulate them all the time ourselves. OTOH, I cannot think of a sane soul that would waste the cash on Jabba's latest movie other than lefty die-hards. Buh-bye, Mikey!

"I don't think it will have much of an effect on the election because he's [Moore] such a far-out figure...He lives in a different world than the rest of us. He's a hypocrite and it's a distortion of reality."

"He [Moore] splices things together to serve his purpose," Coats said. "He's really just a propagandist."

Senior Patrick Ockerse said he [Moore] didn't agree with the way Moore tries to convince people his movies are documentaries when they are really editorials.

"He [Moore] plays on the moods and opinions of his audience rather than showing the straight-out facts," Ockerse said. "It's all shock value. The public needs to know the facts and not be swayed with opinionated pieces like his."

"The problem with Moore's films is that it is difficult to distinguish the propagandist material from the facts."

I didn't know "Around the World in 80 Days" was even at the theatres (which, I'm sure, is your point!)

"The Weekly Poll is a voluntary survey for our website users, and is not scientifically projectable to any other population."

Ah ha!! I thought this poll was too good to be true. It is definitely not scientific; although I wish it was. If even 50% of the American public sees it as a positive for The Prez, that is a victory.

I hope you are right, but I doubt it.

I am really depressed about what I heard about this bull$hit propaganda film on Drudge tonight.

Independents won't see it--neither will conservatives. That leaves the usual suspects. I doubt blacks or Hispanics will bother with it, but academics, media-types, feminists, gays, and tree-huggers will be interested. The less attention paid to this by the right, the better.

I'll repeat it again...the Democrats, with much thx to Moore, are in the process of handing us the 2004 version of the Wellstone 'funeral' rally. X100. This is going to backfire, huge.
