9/11 derailed it. Plus it wasn't getting the traction that was hoped for. The wonderful woman who initiated the campaign learned a lot about the fruitlessness of banging her head against a wall.

Re. the last caller, The military does provide toilet paper. The problem is, they get the lowest bidder. It is similar to very weak sandpaper.
If troops are in the field, they run out of supplies and cannot bathe regularly. The baby wipes provide a pretty good sponge bath.
Troops are also able to buy these items at the local Exchanges. However they run out of these items rather quickly.
So, if you run into a group sending supplies to the troops, these items should be first on the list.

she's from a Portugese colonial family MA has a couple of Portugese stronghold communities. One of which is Fall River. I saw a blurb that Lizzie Borden's
house (now a B&B) is up for sale.
Can you see Teresa running a B&B?
How about a B&B with such history and a current hubbie that looks like Lurch?

Well I applaud her for trying. If nothing else, it might have given him pause but then against we're talking about McEgo and if the media isn't telling us he walks on water, he does his best to convince us.

Some people confuse government "licensed" marriage with marriage in the eyes of God, and get it backward. If (and it's a big if) gay marriage is ever sanctioned, the gov't secular version would be the only one. (p.s. if something is your right, you don't need to obtain a license for it) No church worth its salt would sanction something obviously flying in the face of God's word. (I know, I said worth its salt.)
My friend was referring to left leaning Americans who claim to be non-religious atheists, all the while pushing a religion of their own: anti-God.

Just remember, their religion is the state and it can have no rival for the people's affection. And that explains it all. By the way, they confirmed it, the Marine's got family in Utah, they just came forward. Darn, that poor kid is toast.
