The concept is nothing new. Movies have been liberal propaganda tools since their inception, with very few exceptions, Hollywood movies encourage every liberal, negative, destructive to society novelty which comes along.
If anyone really wants to change American society a good place to start would be to encourage boycotting Hollywood movies. But too many times individuals who call themselves conservative or moral christians, are willing to suspend their private morals and separate their actual belief systems from their public acts by supporting Hollywood and the music industry.
You simply cannot separate the two. Either you are against the liberal propaganda and their destructive agenda, or you support it. Artistic license is no excuse.

Well put, my friend. Don't support the jerks. I don't. Last movie I saw was the Passion... eleven times.

And that goes for TV too. If the advertisers don't get an audience the show folds. But I guess there are enough dummies out there to keep tuning in to these shows.

Here's a big reason why: City school officials let students retake finals, get diploma***Richardson said she was stunned when she attended the school's graduation ceremony this month and watched seniors she had failed walk across the stage, grinning.

"At least three of my students, I know their grades were changed," Richardson said. "When I attended the graduation ceremony ... I was absolutely astounded that these kids were in the graduation line because I knew for a fact that I hadn't passed them."

She said she has become so frustrated with the city schools that she is leaving to teach elsewhere. "It gives them the whole impression that somehow if they don't meet the standards, that someone will push them through," said Richardson, who had taught in the city for three years. "And that just doesn't happen in the real world." ***

There is probably another way to do a boycott to voice opinion against Fahrenheit 9/11.

First, support Ray Bradbury in his lawsuit against Michael Moore's ripoff of the title. Bradbury published his most excellent novel Fahrenheit 451 about twenty years ago. The book was a sci fi handling of repression of free speech. (F451 is the temperature at which paper burns.)

Second, I think alot of theaters make most of their money off of concessions. I wonder what would happen if folks got together, and threatened to not buy coke or popcorn at the movie houses for SIX months if the theaters insisted on showing Michael Moore's movie ....
