While not a Roman Catholic, I like Burke and Bp. Fabian Berkowitz. It is good to see some shepherds of Christ who are not afraid to take a stand.
Burke also has a pretty good relationship with the LCMS higher ups in St. Louis. While they might not 100% agree on theology, they do 100% agree that abortion is wrong.
