Believers in the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence:

Where is Terri's independence?

I'm talking about her independence to learn and to be free from her lonely room.

CURRENT STATUS:

The Second District Court of Appeals heard Oral Argument in Lakeland wherein Terri's parents are requesting that they be allowed to join the constitutional lawsuit of Michael Schiavo v. Jeb Bush. Judge Baird refused to allow Terri's parents to become a part of the Terri's Law litigation because per Judge Baird, her parents did not prove they had an interest in the outcome of Terri's Law. NO INTEREST?

The Florida Supremes have the Terri's Law case and will hear Oral Argument on August 31, 2004. Coincidentally, that is the same date THAT WE WILL DO OUR BEST in Pinellas and Pasco County to defeat George Greer. HELP US SAVE PINELLAS AND PASCO COUNTY...We need your help, either in small measure or full speed ahead.

Friends, here's our running Terri thread for the months of July and August, 2004. In addition to gathering breaking news, our opinions and sometimes photos, July and August is also a "Call to Action".

We have a golden opportunity to Defeat Judge George Greer. Although Greer thought until the last minute that he would be unopposed AGAIN, he has an opponent.

If Jan Govan wins the election, he likely would not be assigned Greer's position but GREER WOULD BE OUTTA HERE and Jan will make an excellent judge.

Jan is smart and is compassionate. Wouldn't it be nice if all judges fit that criteria?
