Well, this message was uncovered at IH last year, so we were not thinking of the year 2004. Similar "4" messages were found before the hits in Riyhd and Morocco last summer. They kept promising another "4 4" hit in the U.S. Still hasn't taken place. I tended to side with those speculators who surmised that the 4 referred to either an attack by air, land or sea, etc. That IH message is more specific and I posted it just before.
