June 25, 2004 Friday 12:00 PM - 01:00 PM Troop Rally on the State House Steps
The State House is hosting a big Support Our Troop Rally on Friday, June 25, at noon. It will be on the State House steps. A large turnout, more than 1,000, is expected and most of the logistics have been finalized. The Governor as well as our congressional delegation and MG Blair have been invited to speak.
The event will also be an opportunity for the state to honor the family support groups of deployed units from around the state as well as veteran groups.
The organizers are looking for substantial support from the NH National Guard to include participation as well as turnout of uniformed members and the families of our deployed troops. Our NH reserve and active brethren, including the Coast Guard, are also expected to participate.
Damn, I wish I could go. Concord is about 45 minutes from here but I have the time committed.
I normally go to any of these events I can, but I'll be in surgery at that time. Well, pass the info along to anyone you know that might want to go.
Will do. Bummer on the notice bro. I own a media company and could have invited about 100,000 people to attend via email.
I will keep that in mind for future events.
Hi...Calenel,
Would you please post a rap-up report as how the NH Support Our TROOPS Rally turned out on 6/23?
Thank You and GOD Bless You and our TROOPS!

I was in surgery, so I was unable to be there. I am waiting on a report from the organizer. Will post as soon as I get it.
