As expected, Cannon swept the 3rd District's five rural counties — Beaver, Juab, Millard, Sanpete and Sevier — by tremendous margins, earning 69 percent of the vote there. But the candidates ran virtually neck-and-neck in Utah County most of the night The rural counties where the constituents underpay illegal aliens to harvest crops.
