This is pure desperation by the AP. I guess the Saddam-Al Qaida link story is backfiring.

Gee .. any chance the AP will sue for Kerry's records?
Guess I shouldn't hold my breath huh?

Why not Kerry's military and related medical records?Yep, that's the first thing I wondered, too.
These scumbags at the AP already have all of Bush's records, and Kerry is the one holding back. I hope somebody sues real soon to get Kerry's records, since the AP's agenda certainly indicates it won't be them who sues.

Have you seen this?
The Swift Boat guys should do a press release about how the AP is willing to sue to get Bush records, but that they think Kerry's record doesn't advance a story.....

Those *Kerry leads* polls are all weighted to the Dems' favor and the media seems to think they can take their own skewed polls and ride them to a wave of *popular support*. Except, only about 8% of us political junkies are even talking about the election at the moment (I think this came from Rasmussen).
Not only does digging up the Guard records again smack of desperation (they did it for both GWB's gubernatorial races, too), here in Wisconsin, the Dems are circulating a petition to get rid of the Electoral College. They seem to believe they have the popular vote. They do not appear to understand that our Constitution mandates the EC and that changing the Constitution can take decades. IMO, they are trying to set up a public outcry over the election results even this early because they are not confident.

Of course they are. With all the media/"celebrity" bravado, they still think they're on a sinking ship with Kerry. And the Dems will do anything--anything--to get attention and try to win more votes. While conservatives move through their chaos with cool determination.

And yet the press refused to cover the Swift Boat veterans who came together to oppose Kerry, I guess I should not be too suprised.

I am hopeful that we are still building this case against Kerry to be used closer to the election. Seems that we have a lot of ammo but haven't fired away just yet.

Another last second try. The left is becoming increasingly desparate since they lost access to taxpayer dollars to fund their "eccentric" life styles.
If they don't get control of the government back soon, they might have to go out and get jobs.
