Yep .. I've run them all

It finds them and deletes them .. but when I reboot the stupid thing comes back

You need to download a progam called "Hijack This". It will show you your registry data and you can remove unwanted elements. If it's variant of Coolwebsearch (which I suspect it is), it'll be tricky to remove. But try:

boot your machine up in safe mode and then delete it manually.

reboot.

Try running them again in Safe Mode. Basically, you restart your computer, but as it's booting you push one of the F keys (F8? help me out, FReepers) and you end up with the option to boot in Safe Mode.
Then, run Adaware or whatever anti-spy software you've got. You might also try removing any associated lines from the registry keys.

Place the computer in the driveway and wash it down really well with a pressure washer. I recommend at least 20,000 psi. Let it dry and reboot.
