Monica, sweetie, you were just an orifice.

Or two.

It was about what she could do for him, not what he could do for her. No one would ever call their arrangement an act of love. It was really a matter of male convenience and I have scant sympathy for any woman who sells herself to a man for so little.

Did you read the AP story where Clinton claims in the book that the first thing he told President-elect GW Bush was that Osama Bin Laden was the biggest threat to America and that he claims GW ignored him and changed the subject?

For that lie alone, Clinton should be shamed for the next 9 weeks.

I'd feel worse for her if she hadn't used the scandal to turn herself into a C level celebrity.
I'm not asking for a return to the scarlet letter but I wish we could go back to a time where people would show shame for what they did and not turn scandal into book deals and television appearances. (This goes for him too.)

he wants to come out of the gate first as a statesman-like figure

He really is deluded. His problem is that he is trying to act out these roles rather than being what he is. But when your constituency is a cluster of groups who each have nothing in common except they all hold their noses and vote together, you get a man playing multiple roles.

Union people, Blacks, Gays/lesbians, militant feminists, professors/elites, abortionists, the disadvantaged, Senior Citizens. They all have little in common.

Monica will be forever haunted by her past, she was used as a sperm receptacle by Bill Clinton and if she hadnt spilled some of that she would probably be dead, a victim of the Arkansas mafia. The stain on her dress probably saved her life.

If Hillary was sick to her stomach the day Bill told her about Monica it was because the story was about to become public , not because it bothered Hillary that Bill was a horndog, she already knew that, and who is stupid enough to believe Bill slept on a couch in a White house where he never slept in the same room as Hillary anyway.

"....In leaks made public on Friday, Clinton describes how the First Lady looked like she had been punched in the gut the morning he told her about his liaison with Lewinsky...."

Anybody that believes this tripe is a fool, or worse.

Clinton, in his own words (paraphrasing):

"Hillary? hell, she's eaten more pu$%y than I have..."

Clinton describes how the First Lady looked like she had been punched in the gut the morning

The Beestie only looked like that because she realized the political fallout that was likely to happen. NOT because she gave a rip about who Bill diddled.

If Monica is to attend a wedding in Arkansas today, doesn't it make sense that she might "flee" (leave) NY last night? I think there's a wee bit of papparazzi in this piece. Nonetheless, she can't be glad to have all this dragged up in front of the national spotlight again. And unfortunately, nobody cares much about hearing from Monica about the subject.

You gotta hand it to the Democrats. They're all heart.

(Some people actually believe that!)

Tuesday, the day Bill Clinton launches his mega-hyped White House memoir, My Life, in Manhattan.

I really prefer Mark Steyn's title (My Lie - whoops, My Life)

You are too kind. Monica, like the demoncratic party are all mere mouthpieces for the former, impeached president clinton.

Yes, Monica was naive and downright stupid for getting involved with Slick. Of course this has been said many times before, but Clinton should be held to a higher standard. Speaking of standards, he obviously has none.

By the way, where are all the feminazis who should be speaking out, after hearing such disrespectful words spoken about a young women, by a former president? (nevermind).

The former White House intern is said to be mortified and upset by Clinton's cold description of their affair.

I recall seeing her interview with Barbara Walters, and coming away with the feeling that she was emotionally closer to being a 13 year old than being an adult. It's not surprising she doesn't get it...and her parents set her up to be that way.
