Glad I missed "Dayside" yesterday; that would've ticked me off.
Some media hack was interviewing college basketball coaching legend John Wooden - one of my heroes, mostly for his off-the-court accomplishments - a few months back and decided to try his best to make him cry, asking him if he "missed his wife" (of around 70 years) and lot letting it rest when Coach gave him a curt affirmative. Thankfully, he didn't succeed. .....But man I wanted to kick that rude SOB's ass.
the rag-terrs don't realize that these medieval murders only strengthen W's hand....something they should rue.
Yep, and if they think Americans would pull a Spain and retreat in fear after a major attack on our soil around election time, they've got another thing coming. It would probably go further to assure W's re-election than just about anything else.
