Re: Vanessa Regrave, I'm really curious and have a very difficult time understanding the psychology of the hard core and totally unrepentant leftists and socialist's perpetual and predictable, knee jerk reaction to every American or to me sensible political or social act to protect freedom and rational thought.

What in the world do these people want or think? Why don't they want freedom or rational progress? Why do the left so hate the Jews and Israelis? What are they afraid of? Why do they want to control everybody? Why are they so predictable.

Why do they hate their own country (if they're Americans)? What's so bad about freedom, democracy, capitalism and standing up to fascists and primitive, backward, repressive religions and philosopies? I don't get it. Anybody know some answers? Theories?

At this point, it's only a guess. Control issues, greed, narcissism are good starter theories.
