Actually, General 'Blackjack' Pershing knew how to deal with Muslims: during the occupation of the Phillipines in the early 20th century, he had over 100 Muslim terrorists executed and buried in pigskin. The Phillipines had no problem with Muslims until the recent outbreak.

Can you imagine the outcry from our own home-grown seditionists (the Leftist media, Hollyweird, etc. - heck, even Little Ronnie Reagan) if a modern-day general would issue such orders? Sometimes I almost wish the anthrax attacker had succeeded in infecting Tom, Peter, Dan, Leahy and Daschle. (Meant largely with tongue in cheek, although I'd be lying if I didn't say a small, dark part of me means it.)
