Well, there is a Ibrahim (Juma Ibrahim) here http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1155685/posts?page=657#657 Are you really sure about Shafa (from Tanzania) in this article http://www.alertnet.org/thenews/newsdesk/SP188192.htm? My guess is that the "source" mixed him up with Juma (from Syria)

I have learned that it is very hard to draw conclusions from arabic names. Ibrahim for example, is a very common first name. That's how they spell Abraham.
