Los Angeles -- PETA spokesperson Pamela Anderson has sent a letter to NASCAR driver and KFC spokesperson Dale Earnhardt Jr., asking that he use his new relationship with the company, which is based on KFC’s sponsorship of his race car, to curb its suppliers’ worst abuses of chickens, including painful shackling and live scalding in defeathering tanks.
Pam says, "Little chickens need a big man like Dale to stick up for them!" and writes in her letter to Earnhardt, "When you take a multimillion-dollar endorsement from a company, you must also take some responsibility for the company’s practices. … You may not realize that KFC allows its suppliers to sear the beaks off baby birds without painkillers, breed and drug chickens to grow so quickly that they spend their entire lives crippled and suffering, and scald chickens to death in feather-removal tanks in the slaughterhouse while they are still fully conscious and able to feel pain. Despite the recommendations of members of its own animal-welfare advisory panel, KFC has refused to implement a simple four-point plan that would eliminate these and other abuses and that PETA has proved will actually save the company money in the long run."

I think she was more of a "SLICK WILLY" kinda girl.
I think that in honor of her, I will be getting a 21-pc for the family tonight. Sure my kids can't eat that much and nor can I, but the last thing (and I mean the LAST thing) I need is an overpaid, overwhelmingly untalent, bimbo to tell me what I should and shouldn't eat...I don't care how "hot" everyone thinks you are.

I've seen Pamela Anderson eat meat before with my own two eyes. And now she represents PETA? What a shame to loose such a talent for the cause.
