Ex-preident Bill Clinton now states that his reason for having an affair with Monica Lewinski was because "he could". Given this reasoning it occurs to me that there are MANY things that a President "COULD" do:
How about return children to Cuba at gunpoint? Or perhaps sell rocket technology to China for campaign contributions? How about blaming talk radio for terrrorism in America and then pardoning Puerto Rican terrorists?

Fire travel office workers
Kill Vince Foster in his office
and Webster Hubbel in prison
