The MOAB, sadly, is looking more and more like a piece of pre-war propoganda to scare senior Iraqi officers into cooperating with us (hence the very public airing of test footage). It has never been used in battle, and I don't think there are plans to do so.

Like nukes and flame-throwers, MOAB is not a PC-approved weapon. Of course, slamming hijacked commercial airliners into civilian buildings and detonating explosives on civilian mass transit carries is generally approved by world governing bodies.
