The singer who brought us Nipplegate feels that shes the victim of a plot by conservative forces in the U.S. according to the Sunday Express of London. I was used just to take the attention off what was really going on in the world, Jackson told the paper. A lot of things that actually happened, the after-effects, all that was already on the desk but everyones trying to point the finger, See what you did, see what you did. I didnt do anything. So much for the canard that controversy sells records -- Janet Jackson's new album has tanked, and it's at #55 on the Billboard album chart after only 10 weeks.
She is that body part that was exposed on TV.
I was disappointed that few people (outside FR, of course!) consider him as sleazy as they regard Janet for this stupidity.
I agree, especially since entertainment reporter Pat O'Brien interviewed him right after the halftime show, and Timberlake bragged about what he did, saying it was "quick, slick, and to the point." It was only when he heard about how many people were outraged by it that he claimed it was a "wardrobe malfunction."
Maybe the college president who yesterday claimed that the C-word is a term of endearment might just take you up on your offer and blame it on the VRWC for blowing her comment out of proportion.
