It's just unbelieveable to me, that post 9-11 our political elites can't bear to close the open back door. Why bother checking passports at the airports? What's the point?

It's not just the backdoors of the Mexican and Canadian borders. The front door is wide open too in the form our our insane policy of allowing massive legal immigration of muslims. Three years after 9-11, we're still giving green cards to about 100,000 foreign muslims each year. Pakistan is the largest single source.
