You've got to wonder just how much more of these blistering attacks President Bush can stand, before collapsing.
Do not worry about George W. He was elected despite the media war on him, and he will be re-elected in a few months. Everything that is thrown at this White House usually backfires. This commission report will not be an exception.
Do you guys think this will be a big deal, or has the public already heard this ad nauseum, and will not really react? Any thoughts?
Who is this frickin Commission; and why do they contradict what we already know! Sick of this.
The majority of Americans will see this commission for what it is: A shill for the demoncRATs. Their credibility was shot months ago.
They know that they'll only get the air time if they come up with some doozies. So just be ready.....
I just want the findings to come out already, well in advance of the election... President Bush needs time to go on the OFFENSIVE, looks like he'll be playing defense for another few weeks. sheesh.
Oh I'm expecting it big time. But we have to remember that most of American thought that the 9/11 Commission lost it's credibility a long time ago. Most in this country think it was a BIG JOKE!
Less than two months before 9/11/01, the state-controlled Iraqi newspaper Al-Nasiriya carried a column headlined, American, an Obsession called Osama Bin Ladin. (July 21, 2001)
In the piece, Baath Party writer Naeem Abd Muhalhal predicted that bin Laden would attack the US with the seriousness of the Bedouin of the desert about the way he will try to bomb the Pentagon after he destroys the White House.
The same state-approved column also insisted that bin Laden will strike America on the arm that is already hurting, and that the US will curse the memory of Frank Sinatra every time he hears his songs an apparent reference to the Sinatra classic, New York, New York.
Also, the Clinton administration said that Osama bin Laden agreed not to attack Iraq in exchange for WMD training.

Public is in the "ad nauseum" mode, at least in my world.
Yep... now he could bomb those Iranian troops massing on the border... That would put us back on offense for a while.
Have they investigated whether there is any credible evidence that the Gorelick wall contributed to the 9/11 attacks?
what Iranian troops massing on the border?>
While the first statement may be true, the second darn sure isn't.
I'd be cautious on that one. I don't necessarily agree. I think that those of us that are politically savvy, on both sides of the issue, know they're a sham (the libs know it, but they won't admit it)... There's a HUGE number of people who don't, and will be told time and again, that it's a bi-partisan commission, that it's headed by a Republican (Kean), and that it's totally impartial.
We know the truth... unfortunately, a huge number of people haven't been paying attention to anything more than these sound-bites, courtesy of CBS/MBC/ABC/CNN/NYTimes/WASHPost, etc. They could be devestating...
Think about the WMDs... There were programs found, small scale weapons, and the like, and the only thing that resonated among a great number of Americans is that there were no WMDs, and that President Bush lied or mislead.
Thanks for the info Peach
Four battalions. Big whoop. The press wouldn't know a military build up if one took over the newsroom.
Depends on one's definition of "cooperate". Is training Mohammed Atta to hijack an airplace cooperating?
