Dang.. you're a cop? No offense, but Why? Anybody that can put thought together this well should have aimed higher.
Then again, it's reassuring to know we have LEOs that have this quality of thinking/critical skills.

Thank you for your warm comments. My being a cop, does not mean I have shot below myself. Believe it or not, most cops do concern themselves with what is fair and is not fair. We are often villafied because we have to consider eveyone's Constitutional rights, not just certain groups. I think it is awful we have to base our decisions on things like this, but we have too.
