Why not just tell the perps how much it'll cost them in child support - for the next 18 years?

Instead of billboards, put it on jail cell walls where there serving their sentence for statutory rape and being Big Bruno's main squeeze.

The perps won't be paying a dime in child support. All the child support will be paid by the citizens of Virginia, in the form of taxes used for welfare.

Granted that these adult men should know better. But how about talking to the girls as well? My wife would kill me for saying this, but girls are in a much better position to stop this than the men are. And many of these girls probably seek out the situation in the first place.
It's time to promote a little morality among children.

What they are doing is unhealthy and against the law," said Robert Franklin, outreach coordinator for sexual-violence prevention at the department.
Wow, I bet that this is news to them. That will sure put a dent in it.

Is it true that Bill Clinton has asked the agency for the names and addresses of all the girls involved so he can send them a copy of his new book?
