I was in a Wendy's restaurant in Virginia Beach the other day and was regaled by the sight of a dentally-challenged individual wearing a visible tattoo of a naked woman masturbating. I guess there are no community standards anywhere to prevent this kind of thing, but if I could have worked my will, I would have tied the vulgar pervert down and taken a belt sander to his lovely work of art.
