This seems to have been an extensive study.

But they apparently don't know exactly what ingredient was the most powerful -- though bananas contain a lot of potassium, as I understand, and of course oranges have lots of vitamin C.

I think I'll have to print this out and show it to my mother. Of course, she has nothing to worry about. Fruit, fruit and more fruit...

Time to follow her example meself, methinks :)

Maybe it's more about what you're not eating if you're getting three servings of fruit a day.
