By these standards, it should be against the law to sing God Bless America in public schools. That is precisely where the ACLU is headed. Little by little they are making America a Communist like state. These people are so evil and anti-American, it is a given that they are mostly Democrats and will vote for John and Teresa Kerry, in order to continue their assult on America.

"Little by little they are making America a Communist like state."That was the intent of the ACLU's founding. The ACLU's specific purpose was to defend American citizens that were members of the Communist Party USA and involved in espionage against the USA on behalf of a foreign government, the USSR.
Since communism is a religion rather than an economic/political system, religion had to go. Hence, communists are atheists. The ACLU, in blindly attacking religion, is only staying in character.
