For the younger set who don't know---that painting was in Picture of Dorian Gray, a movie so old that Angela Lansbury played a virgin.
Curiously, the painting is the work of Ivan Albright, who was the father-in-law of Clinton's Sec. of State Madeline.

Actually, I believe Dorian Gray was originally a character in a novel, although I'm not sure which one or even if that's right. I do know however, that that character and a version of the picture were used in The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and the subplot involving Dorian Gray was, in my opinion, one of the only good things in that movie.
