It's weird, the middle position. Some people want to support his stance, and others want to support his right to say his peace.

To do the latter, he has to continue to be a kid in the face of the tragedy that's been ongoing for ten years. Acting like a kid is at the expense of being a man, by definition. But, it's not necessarily his doing.

There's grace to be found in lots of places. I believe that God allows us to draw our own conclusions in life.

I am really inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt even though he has made statements in the past. I just hate to go after someone who has lost his father to this horrible disease when he has been fed the line the stem cells from aborted fetus' would lead to a cure.

The articles recently have said that is not the case, but not sure what I would think if I was in his position. And he already starts on the left side of the agenda.
