Michael's speech was heartfelt, a son extremely proud of his papa....a loving and respectful son who admires and adores his father. It was a wonderful moment of sharing deeply held feelings of his love and beliefs. The Father in Heaven above is also extremely proud of Ronald Reagan's son for boldly proclaiming the faith to which the father on earth passed on.
I met Michael Reagan last August. It was during the whole Reagan miniseries controversy. Michael had said that if "dad was able to be aware of what's going on around him, he'd say that James Brolin couldn't act then and can't act now." Then he went on and talked about how great and loving President Reagan was.
