I got a bit strident, earlier, with some who mentioned the President who should not be named.
Just remember that no one mentioned him out of any sense of respect.. quite the opposite. But God would like to see us compose ourselves, so you are not off base. It was nice meeting you today.
I think we are seeing the very best that we are,,the man, the dignity, the love in a marriage, the religion, the music, the wonderful young military men, the armed service playing, the planes overhead, the flag ceremony,,this is us at our very best. We have to prepare for the slashing to start and keep our sense of who we are. Now they are playing Oh God Our Help in Ages Past. There is a message here.
No forgiveness needed, its been a long day and we've all been a little emotional at one time or another. If we didn't feel strongly about things we wouldn't really be FReepers. We can all probably use a good night's sleep.
