It will make the selling of the lincoln bedroom look tame by comparison.

The Irish tenor who sang in the National Cathedral got to know Nancy through his mother's having Altzeimers too. He told Nancy to call on him if she ever needed him, and she called to ask him to sing at the Cathedral!

Both his legs were amputated because of some disease, and at his father's urging, he only began voice lessons when he was 33 years old. He's only in his 40's now...........A gorgeous voice. God opened a window for him and he found his talent.

He gave all this info in an interview today.

Karl, many African Americans will show up for Clinton, I guarantee you. The Dems will organize it - municipal workers, public schools will organize their classes to go. It won't be spontaneous like this one for Reagan is. But the DNC and the media will ensure that the spectacle is the same.

It will be part of the revisionist history of Clinton's eight years. And god forbid - if Hillary ever becomes President, the first husband/wife pair to hold the office - it may even be bigger.

It's true that the MEDIA criticized her for everything. And this same media is bewildered that so many people from all over the world are expressing their love for President Reagan right now.

I am so happy the Christian message instead of the PC message was used.

What I listen to was the most beautiful service I have ever heard.

Heard on 2-meters someone is concerned about sundown timing due to the unbelivable
crowds slowing the motorcade.

Just need to send up some birds from Pt. Mugu to drop some flares as needed.

It has been a blessing to all of us, and a fine benediction to a good man.

My good friend, who is Catholic, always teases me about saying that we Congregationalists always sing all the verses of the hymns, not matter how many there are.

but I do so love the old hymns. My son joined an Evangelical church & really wants us to go with him, but I just love the old hymns and ceremonies too much. My son, 19, is just not old enough to understand the comfort they give me.

The cable channels all talked about "Reagan funeral burn-out" ... but they are still covering it. Means there is still a lot of interest. Means Reagan STILL makes us proud to be Americans!

My son graduated from Kindergarten today..those precious 5-year olds singing God Bless America and waving their American flags.....I promptly took my son's little flag and will place it in a special place to give him when he is old enough to appreciate it...and tell him on this same day...a Great and Wonderful President was layed to rest with full honors and many American flags waved that day...including his....

I love you President Reagan. I love the love you had for our country....we Americans will love this most beloved country too...until our eternity. God Bless you and God Bless America.

It's going to get me going to church again if I'm not careful.

From someone who's recently returned to regular church-going, that is a good move....

We must not be watching the same guy. I think he has been pretty fair. Of course I haven't watched him gavel to gavel, but from what I have seen it's been very good.

It is a beautiful hymn.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It sounds like he was a wonderful man. You should carry on his tradition of faith. It sounds like it already lives in you . . .
