I watched the service on CSPAN to avoid the inane commentary and caught this too. And the Bubba wonders why he wasn't invited to speak.

Closing the eyes makes it easier to concentrate on the spoken word. Maybe they were trying to listen for a change.

I have to be honest, I wouldn't make too much of this.
who knows what they are thinking about at that moment. Bill could be thinking - "this b*tch next to me would love the attention she would get if something happened to me during the runup to the 2008 election". You'd close your eyes too if you were contemplating that thought.

I missed this because whenever the camera caught the klintons I averted my eyes because nothing from these two serpents was going to ruin the honor and solemnity and joy of Reagan's tribute.

Actually I think in this photo (look at Betty Ford) they are praying; but at times when they showed the beast she was definitely nodding off (I recognize the action from years of practice in church)

I'm hoping this was just during a prayer and nothing more than that.
Hilly does look like she is snoozing, but Bill has a funny look around the mouth. Like he has a mouth full of bees.

I averted my eyes because nothing from these two serpents I think Bill is only half serpent. Hillary is one and one half serpent. Together they still make two serpents.
