I saw that too, but I figger that's just for people traveling in with President Reagan. As disgusting as the Clinton's are, protocol would dictate that they get a prominent seating as the last occupants of the White House.

It seemed to me that the elder Bushes snubbed the Clintons when they seated themselves. Mrs. Bush exchanged a kiss with President Carter, and I'm pretty sure Bush and Carter shook hands. I didn't see either Bush acknowledge either Clinton.
