New rapid-fire ammunition magazines that allow guns to fire up to 100 rounds without reloading will be mass-produced and sold on a cash-and-carry basis to anyone, with no questions or background checks. Who needs a gun when you can have rapid-fire magazines. Should I get one now or wait for rapid-fire ammunition cases to come out? Cut out the middle man.

In many states, it will be possible to bring concealed TEC-9 assault pistols, loaded with thirty rounds of ammunition, into bars, churches and sports arenas, and even public schools or universities. Don't forget daycare centers and baby duckling hatcheries.

"In many states, kids as young as 13 will be able to buy brand new American-made AK-47s at gun shows and through classified ads."
This is already illegal. Extending the ban would only take the phrase 'brand new' out of this statement. This is the same old premise that a crook will break 10 laws to get a gun, but if we make it 11, it will stop him.

They ought to move to somewhere (anywhere) else, where everyone thinks as they do.

With less than 30 legislative days left before the ban expires, we must maintain this momentum. Less than 30 days left for a cut-out to go crazy with an assault weapon to give the grabbers the news they need to push the bill.
Otherwise, it's a dead issue.

"The Brady Campaign has just released a briefing paper linking terrorism and assault weapons. If the ban expires there is no doubt that these groups will have greater access to assault weapons. In this day and age that's sheer insanity."
Anyone seen this document? Probably pretty funny.

I signed up on the million moms site as Sally something or other a few years back Can you still access it? (I've been trying to see their message boards, but unable to do so. They require that you have a MMM chapter leader who can vouch for you).
